John has over 20 years of experience advising and working with mobile start-up and emerging businesses in the Silicon Valley, including extensive transactional experience in mergers, acquisitions and venture capital investments. He has led and managed investments in companies across the information technology spectrum, including enterprise software, ad tech, carrier software, systems and component companies.
John holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a law degree from the University of Cincinnati – College of Law.
