Craig is a digital media veteran with over 15 years’ experience in advertising technology and media sales. He joined PubMatic in 2013, holding roles in publisher development and account management before being appointed as vice president of customer success in 2015. In this role, he leads a team of account managers, client operations specialists and solutions engineers who are focused on helping premium publisher clients succeed in the ever-evolving digital space.
Before joining PubMatic, Craig served as director of strategic accounts at IgnitionOne, a digital media technology company for advertisers. He has held several positions at leading ad tech companies, including group director at Atlas, a leading advertiser technology suite acquired by Microsoft. Before Atlas, Craig was co-founder of Jumpstart Automotive Media, a leading automotive ad network now owned by Hearst Digital.
Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental policy from the University of California, Davis.
